May 27, 2026 — In a move that feels less like a corporate acquisition and more like a strategic land grab, Alpha Compute Corp just pulled the trigger on a majority acquisition of GAMEE, the surprisingly robust gaming and digital rewards platform.
This isn’t just about mobile games; this is about AI infrastructure, 120 million users, and a new division aptly named Alpha Games, which will be headed up by GAMEE’s founder, Bozena Rezab.
The implied valuation for GAMEE sits at $18 million, but the real story, I think, is in the subtext of where Alpha Compute is aiming.
This deal has actually been brewing for a bit, but it’s now officially closed after all the usual regulatory hoops. And make no mistake, GAMEE brings some serious muscle to the table. We’re talking about a platform with 120 million registered users, a huge chunk of those deeply embedded in the Telegram Mini App (TMA) ecosystem—61 million, to be exact.
Financially, GAMEE isn’t slouching either, boasting an estimated $926,000 in revenue for Q1 2026, a 56% year-over-year jump.
Last year, 2025, saw them pull in $3.5 million, with a jaw-dropping 112% three-year compound annual growth rate. Simply put, this company isn’t just growing; it’s exploding.

The transaction itself is a bit complex, structured with an initial $3.5 million at closing (a mix of cash and Alpha Compute shares/warrants), another $2 million in GMEE token acquisitions within 90 days, and then two substantial earn-outs over the next two years that could add up to $7.5 million more if GAMEE hits its EBITDA targets.
What’s more, Animoca Brands, the seller, isn’t just walking away; they’ve signed a two-year standstill and transferred approximately 878 million GMEE tokens—worth about $1.8 million—to Alpha Compute’s balance sheet. That’s a massive transfer of value, frankly.
This acquisition, however, isn’t really just about mobile games. Alpha Compute, known for its high-performance AI compute infrastructure (think Blackwell B200 and B300 GPU clusters powering Telegram’s Cocoon AI confidential compute network), is clearly eyeing GAMEE as a native deployment channel for its AI capabilities.
We’re talking about “agentic gameplay experiences” and AI-assisted production becoming central to GAMEE’s 2026 roadmap. Phase II of GAMEE’s “Gold Fest” initiative, a $2 million ecosystem campaign, will even introduce an “agentic layer” allowing users to connect or rent AI agents for a dedicated prize pool. This is where it gets truly interesting.
“GAMEE is not simply a gaming platform — it is a fully realized digital economy with over 100 million participants, a world-class founding team, and infrastructure that is purpose-built for the AI era,” remarked Enzo Villani, Executive Chairman & Chief Investment Officer of Alpha Compute Corp.
He’s right, you know. This is a massive play for the intersection of AI, gaming, and confidential computing.

Yat Siu from Animoca Brands echoed this, suggesting GAMEE could “help write the next chapter in delivering scalable infrastructure for Sovereign AI.” It seems to me, this isn’t just about better graphics or faster load times; it’s about fundamentally changing how games are made and played using AI agents and privacy-preserving compute.
Alpha Compute’s strategic priorities for GAMEE are crystal clear: scale revenue, build brand synergies by bringing Tier-1 digital brands to Telegram’s massive audience, and deeply integrate their GPU infrastructure.
The integration of GAMEE’s platform assets, tech stack, and user community into Alpha Compute’s confidential AI compute platform is expected to happen within the next two fiscal quarters.
This isn’t a small pivot; this is a comprehensive, head-first dive into what many believe is the inevitable future of gaming and digital economies.
