The publisher has officially opened pre-registration for “ZERO,” the first official fresh-start server for its dark fantasy MMORPG, RAVEN2.
Set to go live on September 15 (UTC+0), the ZERO server is explicitly designed to tone down the brutal progression curves, extreme monetization pressures, and toxic player-killing (PK) environments that usually drive away casuals on established realms. It is a necessary reset button for a game that leans heavily on dark, high-stakes fantasy combat.
The most intriguing operational tweak on the ZERO server is the introduction of a dedicated Farming Crystal system. Rather than forcing players to buy premium currency directly, this new mechanic lets users farm Crystals organically through routine gameplay.
Pair that with heavily boosted equipment drop rates, multiplied EXP gains, and a friendlier progression curve, and the server actually looks viable for free-to-play participants.
