Grammy-winning guitarist Derek Trucks has announced a special holiday edition of Ass Pocket Whiskey, a bold Kentucky Straight Bourbon.
The “Holiday Proof” version is bottled at 122.5 proof, perfect for Christmas Day. Pre-orders are available at AssPocketWhiskey.com, with shipments expected by mid-December—ideal for gifting. This edition was crafted after Trucks and his brother David tested the bourbon at various proofs to meet high standards.
The final product became a tribute to the festive season. APW’s debut release sold out quickly at the Bourbon & Beyond festival. A limited number of bottles were placed in the Kentucky Revival Vintage Spirits Locker Program for enthusiasts. Trucks aim to change whiskey culture by encouraging enjoyment over collection with APW’s convenient 200ml flask size.
Known for his work with the Derek Trucks Band and Tedeschi Trucks Band, Trucks combines his passion for bourbon with high-quality craftsmanship in this new venture.
