New York, January 29, 2026 – The ubiquitous phenomenon that is Candy Crush is expanding its reach, aiming to become an even more ingrained part of your daily routine.
King, the makers of the global mobile sensation, announced the launch of Candy Crush Crushable, a new daily puzzle game available exclusively on Yahoo Games in the U.S.
This is a bite-sized puzzle designed for modern routines, celebrating the joy of daily play and the belief that small wins can uplift you no matter where you are. But can Crushable truly own your morning ritual?
The launch comes at a time when mobile games are increasingly integrated into people’s everyday lives. Data indicates a significant trend: nearly 40% more people play a digital game in the morning than last year, signaling a growing demand for games that fit seamlessly into daily routines.
With 71% of people reporting a sense of accomplishment after completing their daily game, Crushable is tapping into that psychological reward, inviting players to celebrate, share stats, and challenge friends and family with a fresh moment of play worth coming back for.
Each day, Candy Crush Crushable unveils a new level, challenging players to solve a unique, candified puzzle. The gameplay is deceptively simple yet addictive: players receive a tray of candies and must place them onto the board in the correct sequence.

Once all candies are correctly placed, the board erupts into a colorful cascade, clearing completely for a “tasty victory.”
It’s a test of logic, requiring players to think ahead and experiment with different placements to unlock the winning sequence. Every move contributes to a player’s stats, which can then be shared to challenge others.
Luken Aragon, VP of Marketing for Candy Crush Saga at King, emphasized the brand’s philosophy: “Candy Crush has always been about creating joyful moments that fit naturally into everyday life.” He highlighted King’s drive for creativity and innovation, with Crushable introducing a new way to play that “feels fresh, rewarding, and made for daily play.”
The partnership with Yahoo Games is strategic, aiming to bring this new experience to players “at tremendous scale, tapping into a brand with a loyal audience.”
King is part of Activision Blizzard (which was acquired by Microsoft), boasts over 200 million monthly active users across its games.
To celebrate the launch, Yahoo is rolling out a new brand campaign, “Crush Your Day,” starring beloved television star Frankie Muniz.
The spot cleverly taps into ’90s nostalgia, opening in black and white with Muniz lamenting “Meetings and taxes!” before a box of Crushable cereal magically appears, exploding the scene into color.

Muniz gleefully pours candy tiles into a bowl, showing how playing Crushable on Yahoo Games is “all part of a complete morning routine (and a balanced breakfast!).”
Josh Line, CMO at Yahoo, noted that Muniz felt like the “perfect fit” to evoke this shared nostalgia.
The launch of Crushable is also part of the broader relaunch of Yahoo Games, transforming it into a “best-in-class destination for casual play,” combining exclusive originals with curated trending titles.
Andrew Pedersen, Head of Yahoo Games, stated that “Games have always been part of the Yahoo DNA,” and this relaunch “raises the bar.”
Players in the U.S. can enjoy Crushable exclusively on Yahoo Games, with a new level daily.
For global fans, the daily challenge is available at candycrushable.com.
