Kingston, Jamaica: TransJamaican Highway Limited has announced an interim dividend payment of JM$ 0.1258 per share.
This decision was made at a Board of Directors meeting held on March 17, 2025.
Shareholders on record as of the close of business on April 3, 2025, will receive the payment on April 24, 2025.
The ex-dividend date is also April 3, 2025.
TransJamaican Highway Limited (TJH) is encouraging all shareholders to submit their banking mandates to the Jamaica Central Securities Depository Limited (JCSD). This will ensure faster and more efficient payment of the dividend.
