LONDON, United Kingdom – Indie studio Exabyte Games has announced that Final Outpost: Definitive Edition, their base-builder colony sim set in a zombie apocalypse, is coming to PCs and mobile devices (iOS and Android) on May 22nd, 2025! That’s less than a month away!

This isn’t just a polished port of the original game. It features a replayable meta-progression, a new trading system, an original soundtrack, and the ability to settle new Outposts.
Other highly requested/anticipated features are difficulty modes, game modifiers, and building. Since the original game amassed over 1 million downloads since it hit stores in 2020.
Final Outpost: Definitive Edition is gaining attention from YouTubers/Press, like Gamespark, Gaming on Linux, PocketGamer, Nookrium, Angory Tom, Wanderbots, and Splattercat.
