Strata Clean Energy (Strata) has announced the groundbreaking of the Justice Energy Storage facility in Maricopa County, Arizona.
The 150 MW / 600 MWh project is expected to be operational in April 2026, delivering battery capacity the can power twenty-four thousand homes.

Located in hot Arizona, the project would strengthen reliability. With the long heat waves that usually affect production times, Justice will dispatch during peak periods.
According to Tiago Sabino Dias, Chief Commercial Officer at Strata Clean Energy, “This project underscores our long-term commitment to enabling a resilient, decarbonized energy future.“
Strata Clean Energy LLC, and its affiliates (collectively “Strata”) are a vertically integrated solar and storage development, engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) and operations & maintenance (O&M) company.
