EAST BRUNSWICK, N.J. and BENGALURU, India – Sonata Software, an IT Modernization provider, announced a $73 million, five-year deal with a U.S.-based company.
The deal is with the Technology, Media, and Telecom (TMT) sector.
The partnership will be an effort to implement an AI Modernization Engineering that will make a unique positioning as a right-sized partner for enterprises seeking deep modernization capabilities and AI-first transformation.
Per the release, Sonata will establish a dedicated AI-enabled Modernization Engineering Center in India.
