SHANGHAI—JCET Group (SSE: 600584), a leading global provider of integrated circuit (IC) back-end manufacturing and technology services, has released its full-year financial results for 2024.
Revenue was record-high at RMB 35.96 billion while Net profit attributable to the parent company’s owners reached RMB 1.61 billion, up 9.4% year over year.
According to the report, with the acceleration towards advanced packaging, advanced packaging accounted for over 72% of total annual revenue.
