The Jamaica Business Development Corporation (JBDC) is kicking off its annual Global Business Entrepreneurship Week (GEW).
GEW 2021 happens between November 8 – 14 with a string of events during the week centered on the theme “Reboot. Rethink. Regenerate”.
GEW began in 2007 and is recognized as the world’s largest celebration of innovators and job creators, who launch startups that bring ideas to life, drive economic growth, and expand human welfare. The aim is to inspire people everywhere through local, national, and global activities designed to help them explore their potential as self-starters and innovators.

- Business Dialogue Forum – Monday, November 8, 2021 at 1:00 PM
- JBDC Virtual Biz Zone (Creative Destruction Part 1: The Mindset) – Tuesday, November 9, 2021 at 10:00 AM
- JBDC Virtual Biz Zone ( Creative Destruction Part 1: Service Remodelled ) – Tuesday, November 9, 2021 at 1:00 PM
- Opportunity Evening – Wednesday, November 10, 2021 at 4:00 PM
- Raising Capital – Thursday, November 11, 2021 at 10:00 AM
- The Entrepreneur’s Journey – Friday, November 12, 2021 at 12:00 Noon
- JBDC B.O.S.S of The Year Awards – Friday, November 12, 2021 at 1:00 PM
