Bellevue, Washington, USA – Anker, well-known for its charging solutions, has revealed its next-generation Thunderbolt 5 Docking Station and accompanying high-speed Thunderbolt 5 cable.
According to the announcement, the new system maximizes the latest Thunderbolt 5 technology, delivering speed and display support.
The Anker Prime TB5 Docking Station boasts up to 120 Gbps bandwidth, dual 8K display support, and ports for creative professionals, gamers, and others. Gallium Nitride (GaN) power supply tech eliminates the need for bulky adaptors.

The docking station also sports HDMI 2.1 and DisplayPort 2.1 outputs. It also features a multiplexed architecture, which automatically activates the first connected output. High-speed daisy-chaining is supported for connecting performance devices.
The new tool is engineered using a precision U-shaped air duct, keeping temperatures stable. Plus, smart firmware updates are supported via the Anker Dock Manager. The product consists of an aluminum alloy housing including adjustable ambient lighting.
Anker’s Prime TB5 Docking Station and Thunderbolt 5 cable will be available starting April 23 at anker.com, amazon.com, and select global retail partners for $399.99.
